Who we are

The Art Room is a sole trader business operated by Maxime Seigne, based in Dublin, Ireland. We can be contacted at studio@theartroom.ie.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, an optional description of your practice, your message, and optionally where you heard about us. We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to communicate with you about the project. We never share, sell, or pass your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

Inquiries from prospective clients are retained for up to two years so we can refer back to earlier conversations. Archived or rejected inquiries can be deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at studio@theartroom.ie.

Hosting & infrastructure

This website is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase for data storage (EU-West region). Transactional emails are sent via Resend. All three providers offer GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised “last updated” date.
